Privacy Policy
This policy explains how StrongBuyAnalytics collects, uses, discloses, and retains information when you visit the site or use its research, account, subscription, alert, and analysis features. Features you do not use generally do not generate the feature-specific data described below.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account and support data: email address, name, profile details, authentication information, and the contents of messages you send to support.
- Research and feature data: requested tickers, generated-report history, saved watchlist items, alert preferences and email subscriptions, and other settings associated with your account.
- Trade-upload data: if you use trade-performance features, uploaded trade files and the trade records derived from them. Do not upload information that is not needed for the feature.
- Payment and subscription data: plan, subscription status, transaction references, and related billing records. Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment-card information. StrongBuyAnalytics does not receive or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
Servers and security systems may receive IP address, device and browser information, request timestamps, pages or features used, referral information, and diagnostic or security events. The site may hash an IP address when enforcing free-use limits or preventing abuse.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
- Essential cookies: session, authentication, security, checkout-state, and preference cookies are used to sign users in, keep sessions working, protect requests, prevent abuse, and provide requested functionality. The service may not function correctly if these are blocked.
- Google Analytics 4: On production hostnames, the Google Analytics tag loads automatically and may measure one page view per page load, page path and title, a logged-in indicator, scroll depth, and allowlisted feature events. Recognized crawlers and headless automation are filtered based on browser signals, but this filter may not identify every automated visit. This site does not currently provide its own analytics opt-out or consent-management interface. Browser controls and Google's Analytics opt-out add-on may limit collection; they are not a site-specific consent choice.
- Google AdSense and advertising: when the server's advertising switch is on, the AdSense network script loads automatically on eligible public pages for visitors allowed by the site's ad rules. The script is deferred and may enable Google Auto ads according to publisher settings. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver and measure advertisements and, depending on settings and applicable requirements, personalize them. This site does not currently provide its own advertising consent-management interface. Manage Google ad choices at My Ad Center and review Google's Privacy Policy.
Browser settings can delete or block cookies, and Google's controls may limit some collection or advertising. This site does not provide a first-party setting that disables optional analytics or advertising scripts. Applicable regional consent requirements and the publisher's certified consent-management and AdSense settings must be verified before relying on this policy or serving ads in those regions.
3. How information is used
Information is used to provide and personalize requested features; authenticate accounts; generate and deliver reports; maintain watchlists and alerts; process trade uploads; administer subscriptions and checkout; send service, alert, and support email; monitor performance; understand use; secure the service; enforce limits and terms; investigate misuse; and comply with applicable obligations.
4. Service providers and data sources
Information is disclosed only as needed for providers to perform services or where required for security, legal compliance, or protection of users and the service. Providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
- Stripe processes checkout, payments, and subscription administration.
- OpenAI processes prompts and relevant market or feature context to generate AI narratives or reports that you request. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial-account, medical, confidential, or legally privileged information in prompts or uploads.
- Replit supplies hosting and infrastructure and may process technical data needed to operate and secure the application.
- Resend delivers transactional, alert, and other requested email and receives the recipient address and message-delivery information needed for that purpose.
- Google may provide Analytics and AdSense as described above.
- Financial, market, filings, social, and news providers supply source material used in tools and reports. Those providers retain ownership of their content and data subject to their terms; source links and attribution should be followed where shown. See Data Sources.
5. Retention and security
Information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to provide the relevant feature, maintain account and transaction records, secure the service, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Retention varies by data type, account status, provider requirements, and operational need. Deletion requests may not remove information that must be preserved for legitimate security, payment, backup, or legal purposes.
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your credentials confidential and contact support if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
6. Your privacy choices
You may update available account details and feature preferences, unsubscribe through links in applicable email, cancel alerts, manage browser and Google advertising choices, or ask to access, correct, export, or delete account-related personal information. Availability of a request may depend on applicable law, identity verification, and legitimate retention needs.
Send privacy requests to support@strongbuyanalytics.com. Please do not email passwords, full payment-card numbers, brokerage credentials, or other sensitive information.
7. Children and policy changes
The service is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support. This policy may be updated as features or providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
