Terms of Service
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern access to StrongBuyAnalytics and its websites, accounts, market-research tools, reports, alerts, watchlists, trade-performance features, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Educational service only
The Service provides educational information, automated analysis, screeners, calculations, scores, and reports. It does not provide individualized investment, financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. StrongBuyAnalytics is not acting as your investment adviser, broker, dealer, fiduciary, or custodian, and does not execute or recommend transactions for you. Review the Investment Disclaimer before relying on any output.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. You may not share access in a way that evades plan limits or use another person's account without permission.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the Service only lawfully and for its intended purpose. You may not:
- probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security, access, subscription, or usage controls;
- use automated collection or scraping except with prior written permission;
- upload malware, unlawful material, or information you lack the right to use;
- misrepresent Service output as guaranteed, individualized professional advice, or your own original source data; or
- resell, republish, or commercially redistribute reports, source data, or substantial portions of the Service without permission.
You may share a report with your personal professional adviser or investment club for noncommercial discussion, provided attribution and disclaimers remain intact.
5. User inputs, uploads, and AI features
You retain responsibility for tickers, prompts, trade files, and other material you submit. You confirm that you have the right to submit it and grant permission to process it as needed to provide and secure the requested feature. Do not submit sensitive personal information, brokerage credentials, full card numbers, medical information, confidential information, or legally privileged material to AI prompts or trade uploads.
Requested AI narratives and reports may be processed using OpenAI. Automated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading and must be independently checked. See the AI Disclosure.
6. Third-party data and services
The Service depends on hosting, payment, email, AI, financial, market, filings, social, and news providers, including Replit, Stripe, Resend, OpenAI, and Google services where enabled. Availability and output can change because of provider delays, outages, corrections, licensing restrictions, or terms. Third-party source owners retain their rights in their data and content. 7. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans, included features, billing interval, price, and any introductory offer are shown at checkout. Stripe processes payment. By starting a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the selected interval until cancellation. Taxes or price changes, if applicable, will be presented or communicated as required.
You may cancel through available account controls. Unless a checkout offer or applicable law states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and paid access continues through the current paid period. Removing an account or discontinuing use does not by itself cancel a Stripe subscription.
8. Refund policy
Your first paid StrongBuyAnalytics subscription is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact support within 30 calendar days of the first payment if the platform is not right for you. The guarantee applies once per customer and does not apply to renewal charges occurring after the first 30 days. Send an eligible request to support@strongbuyanalytics.com. Any additional refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
9. Ownership
The Service's software, layout, branding, original explanations, and original report presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use the Service for personal, noncommercial purposes; they do not transfer ownership. Market and news source material remains owned by its respective source.
10. Availability, changes, and suspension
Features, limits, sources, and outputs may be corrected, changed, interrupted, or discontinued. Access may be limited or suspended to protect the Service, comply with provider restrictions, address misuse, or enforce these terms. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated date, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. No warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the Service or any data, score, valuation, alert, report, or AI output will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, accurate, timely, suitable for a particular purpose, or profitable.
12. Responsibility and limitation of liability
You remain solely responsible for research, trading, tax, and investment decisions and for maintaining copies of information you need. To the extent permitted by law, StrongBuyAnalytics is not responsible for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, loss of data, provider failures, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
